Sitges (pronounced SEE-chez)

Donnie Darko, Stephanie from Lazy Town, and Little Mermaid???

Bright wig club.

Actual bomb squad (they're not in costume).

Churros & fries!

The city of Sitges, which is right next to the beach, was filled with people dressed up in costumes and bright colors.  There was a parade, music, full restaurants and bars, and people having a good time.
